Data Deletion Instructions

A business may request deletion of information associated with its Autopark VLT WhatsApp platform integration at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send a WhatsApp message to +994 51 302 02 20 from the business phone number associated with the integration.
  2. Write “Data deletion request” and include the legal business name.
  3. For security, we may ask the business administrator to confirm control of the connected business account. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or access tokens.
  4. After verification, integration credentials and service data controlled by Autopark VLT will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is legally required.
Expected completion: verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm completion through the same authorized contact channel.

Disconnecting WhatsApp

The business may also disconnect the connected platform through the WhatsApp Business application or applicable Meta business settings. Disconnecting stops future platform access but does not replace a deletion request for data already stored by the service.
